THANK YOU

We want to take a moment to thank everyone for their support over the past 9 weeks. For many of us, it was viewed as a positive movement during a time of uncertainty in California education.

Special thanks to EDMS staff, Concord communtiy members, Theresa Harrington, and Radar.

We will not be meeting on Friday mornings, as we are shifting our focus to the trip with students and parents to Sacramento on June 1st when our kids will be introduced on the senate floor.

A few of you were mentioned in CC Times today. The article is titled-

"About 400 teachers prepare to leave schools in Mt. Diablo district"

Thank you to the post directly above.

The article mentions our trip to the capitol on Monday. It also quotes the Hoods. Thank you Theresa for your continued support.

We are all set for our trip to the capitol. We will be sure to highlight our discussions with law-makers on our site. So, please check back.

Thanks again to EDMS and our community!

I'd like to thank everyone that has been supportive of our movement over the past few weeks. We still had a few people who stood out there on friday and at this time when school morale is struggling it was wonderful to the enthusiasm in them as they continued their stand against the cuts in education.

We have shifted our focus to our trip tot he capitol tomorrow. We are all very excited about this opportunity and will let you know how the trip goes,

Thank you to everyone for their support.
